      Article 3<\/strong> (Management of e-mail boxes and passwords)<\/span><\/h2>\n

      1. Users shall be responsible for managing their own e-mail addresses and passwords for the Service.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Users are not allowed to transfer or lend the e-mail box and password to a third party under any circumstances. When the combination of e-mail box and password matches the registration information and the registration is completed, the Company shall consider it to be the act of the registered user of the e-mail box himself\/herself.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Article 4<\/strong> (Return of commission)<\/span><\/h2>\n

        1. The User shall pay the amount otherwise specified by the Company and shown on the Website as a service fee for the use of the Service and shall receive a rebate accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. The User shall agree to a change in the amount of the rebate if the source reduces the amount of the rebate.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Payment of the rebate shall be considered as a settlement of promotional advertising fees between the User and the Collection Agency.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Any rebate related to transactions arising from actions in violation of these Terms shall be deemed not to have accrued. This provision shall apply regardless of whether the Company has received the corresponding commission from the broker for such transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Article 5<\/strong> (Prohibited Matters)<\/span><\/h2>\n

          Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors when using the services:<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Actions that damage or obstruct the functioning of the Company’s servers or networks.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Company’s services.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Collecting or accumulating personal information of other users.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Impersonating another user.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Any other behavior that the Company deems inappropriate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Article 6<\/strong> (Provision, suspension, etc. of the Service)<\/span><\/h2>\n

If the Company determines that any of the following conditions exists, the Service may be suspended in whole or in part without prior notice to the user (commission will be paid from the account prior to the suspension of the Service, only in the event that the User has not violated these Terms):<\/span>\n

              2. Service suspension or interruption due to force majeure factors such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or other natural disasters.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. When the electronic communication service is interrupted due to an accident.<\/span><\/li>\n

                      We reserve the right to change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes or discontinuation.<\/span><\/p>\n
