When making a withdrawal, you need to log in to the myHF area of HFM and transfer funds from your trading account to the dedicated “myWallet” funds management account.
If you are unable to log in, please check that you have entered your e-mail address and password correctly and try to log in again.
Next, click “Withdraw Funds” on the right side of the myHF area screen.

Domestic Bank Transfer Withdrawal Methods
Select “Direct Online Banking” from the withdrawal methods in the myHF area.
Enter the “Withdrawal Amount” and the personal information required to make a domestic bank transfer.
Click “Withdrawal” when you are done.
When the screen displays “Withdrawal Request Submitted Successfully”, the withdrawal request is completed.
