XM (XM Global)’s withdrawal process

XM (XM Global) offers the following withdrawal methods.

For the purpose of preventing money laundering, basically, the portion of the withdrawal amount that is the same as the deposit amount will be done in the same way as the deposit amount, while the portion of the profit that exceeds the deposit amount will be withdrawn by bank transfer.

Below are the specific steps for each withdrawal method

Steps for withdrawing funds by domestic bank transfer

This domestic bank transfer is required to withdraw funds from the Benefits section.

Log in to the XM (XM Global) member page and click the “Withdrawal” option on the main menu or click “Withdraw Funds” at the bottom of the screen.

In the Withdraw Funds option, select “Local Bank Transfer” and click “Withdraw Funds”.

Enter the bank information of the bank you wish to withdraw from and the amount to be withdrawn.

Except for your name, please enter all other information in English and numeric characters.

Check the checkbox and click “Send Request” to complete the withdrawal request for domestic bank transfer.

Steps for withdrawing funds from credit cards and debit cards

If you use a VISA card to deposit funds, you can withdraw the funds within the deposit amount.

To withdraw funds, first login to the XM (XM Global) member page and click “Withdraw Funds” on the menu or “Withdraw Funds” at the bottom of the screen.

In the withdrawal list, click “Withdrawal” under “Credit/Debit Card”.

Input the withdrawal amount, check the box and click “Request for Delivery” to complete the withdrawal request for credit card and debit card.
