Please understand that there may be a delay as we make sure that the data of each operator is accurate before reflecting.

How is the exchange rate calculated?

Generally, the rebate amount is credited to the system on a daily basis, and you can make a withdrawal request for payment at any time.

We use the auto rebate systems of brokers, so the commission will be directly deposited into the customers’ trading accounts or brokers’ wallets.

What should I do if a payment is not credited to my account?

In most cases, a payment will be returned due to an incorrect entry of the account number.
