Article 3 (Management of e-mail boxes and passwords)

  2. Users are not allowed to transfer or lend the e-mail box and password to a third party under any circumstances. When the combination of e-mail box and password matches the registration information and the registration is completed, the Company shall consider it to be the act of the registered user of the e-mail box himself/herself.

Article 4 (Return of commission)

  1. The User shall pay the amount otherwise specified by the Company and shown on the Website as a service fee for the use of the Service and shall receive a rebate accordingly.
  2. The User shall agree to a change in the amount of the rebate if the source reduces the amount of the rebate.
  3. Payment of the rebate shall be considered as a settlement of promotional advertising fees between the User and the Collection Agency.

Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  2. MUTOH HOLDINGS shall not be liable for any transaction, communication, or dispute between a user and another user or a third party in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes or discontinuation.

Article 10 (Modification of Terms of Use)

MHI reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice to the User if it deems such change to be necessary.

Article 11 (Notification or Communication)

Notification or communication between a user and the Company shall be made by the method prescribed by the Company.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

The User may not transfer or offer as security his/her position under the Service Agreement or his/her rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without prior written consent of the Company.
