FXGT’s withdrawal process

With regard to withdrawals from FXGT, you can use almost the same method as deposits.

Funds are managed by the eWallet in your account, so you will need to transfer funds from your trading account to the eWallet before making a withdrawal.

In the following section, we will explain in detail the various withdrawal methods.

Withdrawal Procedures by Credit Card

As of the end of August 2023, FXGT supports VISA and Mastercard credit cards.

To withdraw from eWallet, first login to the FXGT client platform and select “Withdrawal” from the “Actions” menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

Or click “Withdrawal” under “Total eWallet Balance”.

Select the currency wallet to be withdrawn from the balance and then select the currency you wish to withdraw.

After checking the corresponding box, click “Confirm Deposit”.

The credit card you used to make the deposit is displayed.

Please enter the withdrawal amount and click “Next”.

Finally, enter the security code that was sent to your registered email address for verification to complete the credit card withdrawal.

Check the information and proceed.

Make the deposit and proceed.

Fill out the information and make the payment.

Virtual Currency Withdrawal Procedures

As of the end of August 2023, FXGT supports five virtual currency withdrawal options: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Caldano (ADA), and Tera (USDT).

To withdraw funds from eWallet, first login to FXGT’s client platform and select “Withdrawal” from the “Actions” menu at the top right corner of the screen, or click “Withdrawal” under the “Total eWallet Balance” item.

Select the currency you wish to withdraw from the currency wallet in your balance.

Enter the withdrawal amount and click “Process”.

Enter the virtual money wallet address of your choice, check the checkbox, and click Next.

Finally, a virtual currency withdrawal can be completed by entering the security code sent to your registered email address for verification.

bitwallet Withdrawal Procedure

To make a withdrawal from eWallet, first login to FXGT’s client platform and select “Withdrawal” from the “Actions” menu at the top right corner of the screen, or click “Withdrawal” under the “Total eWallet Balance” section.

Select the currency you wish to withdraw from the currency wallet in your balance.

Then, check and confirm.

STICPAY Withdrawal Procedure

To make a withdrawal from eWallet, first log in to FXGT’s client platform and select “Withdrawal” from the “Actions” menu in the upper right corner of the screen, or click “Withdrawal” under the “Total eWallet Balance” section.

Select the currency you wish to withdraw from the currency wallet in your balance.

A list of withdrawal methods will be displayed.

Select “Account Name” in the STICPAY section.

Enter the withdrawal amount and click “Next”.

Check the checkboxes and click “Confirm Deposit”.

Finally, enter the security code sent to your registered email address for verification to complete your STICPAY withdrawal.

Withdrawal Procedures for Bank Transfers

Withdrawal from a Bank Transfer can be made to an account different from the one used for deposit, but it is necessary to register it beforehand.

Registration of a withdrawal account is done by selecting “Legal Tender Wallet” in the client platform’s gear icon (Settings).

Open the “Bank Account” tab and select the “+” sign next to the currency you want to withdraw.

Once you have entered your withdrawal account information, click “Add Account”.

In the “Friendly Name” section, you can set a name that is easy to recognize.

Click on the “Bank Account Verification” link in the email sent by FXGT to complete account verification.

Next, proceed with the withdrawal from your eWallet.

From the menu in the top right corner, select “Withdraw” from the “Operations” dropdown, or click on “Withdraw” under the “Total eWallet Balance” section.

Select the currency you wish to withdraw from the currency wallet in your balance.

Select the withdrawal account from the red highlighted box.

Enter the withdrawal amount and click Next.

Check the checkboxes and click “Confirm Deposit”.

Finally, enter the security code that was sent to your registered email address for verification to complete your bank transfer withdrawal.
